How to calm yourself in a difficult time.

 It seems as if one said news after another is filled with tragic after another is filled with tragic events around the world. We are all very worried about our health. Most people are cursing their lives for these difficulties. What kind of time is this, in which so many problems have surrounded us together?                

Is there a cure for such miseries of life. There is such a safe place where these sorrows of life can be avoided. There is a life boat, which can save you from this storm. You can reach a state of happiness and peace by coming out of the sorrows of life. The peace free from suffering is within you. This is the place where you can connect with the peace of your soul, get rid of worldly sufferings. You can find that peace within yourself by going in a meditative state. When all such negative news does not  distract you. This is a time full of concentration when you can find that immense energy filled treasure hidden inside your soul.                                                      1.Keep a new attitude towards life:-                       By practicing meditation you will realize that your existence is not limited to this physical world, where your body has to go through so many difficulties. You have a spiritual form, which is connected to the joy and peace within you. When you come out of the meditation stage, your view of the world is changed. You know that worldly suffering is temporary, which will pass.  When you are able to see for yourself that there is an inner space full of happiness and peace in us,then you get  stronger and go through difficult situations. You can get rid of the miseries of life by practicing meditation. This cycle of life is going on continuously, and with meditation practice,  you can breathe relief  for a few moments. This blissful state achieved by meditation practice remains with us throughout the day.
This may not reduce the deafness of the world, but we can live for some time every day in an environment of happiness and positive thinking, and can spread it to others. In this way, we start seeing life from each of their perspective.                                                     4. Wait for some time, this time will also pass:-                                                                             By practicing meditation we also know that everything  in the world is temporary and  impermanent. By getting this knowledge, we do not loss our balance even in the  turmoil of life. After taking a calm and stable position, we can patiently face every storm in this ocean of the world. We can reach this quiet place only through meditation. Therefore, we should not forget that the situations. If we can calm down and remember the soul every day, then we will not get distracted during this period of life. We will find such a place full of peace and stability, where we will be able to have happiness forever, despite the external turmoil. So let's move towards positive thinking. At present, many such incidents are happening in the world. Over which we have no control, but there is some thing that is under our control. In this time of confusion and uncertainly, we can keep our perspective under control. This is a time when we have to be positive ourselves and make the people around us positive.
