 It seems as if one said news after another is filled with tragic after another is filled with tragic events around the world. We are all very worried about our health. Most people are cursing their lives for these difficulties. What kind of time is this, in which so many problems have surrounded us together?                 Is there a cure for such miseries of life. There is such a safe place where these sorrows of life can be avoided. There is a life boat, which can save you from this storm. You can reach a state of happiness and peace by coming out of the sorrows of life. The peace free from suffering is within you. This is the place where you can connect with the peace of your soul, get rid of worldly sufferings. You can find that peace within yourself by going in a meditative state. End of problem.

If someone insult you, hurts your heart, put an end to it. Someone should cheat you, say bad things about you, listen to it, but do not take the incident on yourself, do not beat it as a burden. Whatever problem is there settle it immediately. Just finish it at that time. When this is happening, because it causes tension. Notice what stress does not occur, when there is no resistance? There are many noises around us in the form of noise. Dogs barking, bus movement, children crying. When you resist, tension arises. This is exactly what happens. If you do not develop any kind of resistance, let the noise remain as it is, and listen to it without accumulating resistance. So when there will be no resistance, then there will be no tension. A person without resistance can never be a victim of nervous tension and nervous breakdown. Have you ever noticed if you ever had any problem and you kept thinking about it through the day, which continued through the night, worrying about it and then you wake up thinking tried the next day and worry about it through the day, just like a dog chews the bone all the day. And then when you go to bed even on the third day, then it will take the problem. All of this goes on till your mind is exhausted and then may be you miss something, if you stop working your brain, you find something new and refreshing address. So what we are saying is: it is very different that as soon as the problem is seen, it should be finished immediately, it should not be dragged all day, here even that problem should not be avoided at the next minute, and should be eradicated.
